Abstract

The paper examines modern instruments for financing the development of technoparks and innovation infrastructure, as well as their role. Emphasis is placed on the need to foster a competitive venture capital environment, attract private capital, and develop crowdfunding within the framework of state programs for innovation potential development. It is shown that under conditions of limited budgetary resources, the diversification of funding sources and the creation of a comprehensive innovation support ecosystem become key factors for the sustainable development of technoparks.
