Accelerating Commercial Space Technology Commercialization Through Government-Guided Industrial Investment Funds: a Case Study of CAS Space and China's Emerging Aerospace Ecosystem

Abstract

Taking CAS Space commercialization as the research object, the mechanisms of government-guided industrial investment fund in promoting commercial aerospace technology commercialization are analyzed by case analysis method, which includes mechanisms of policy goal transformation, industrial track identification, risk sharing, pre-investment screening, inter-investment coordination and post-investment evaluation. The results show that the government guidance fund not only provides capital support, but also promotes enterprise technology transformation and industrial ecology cultivation through resource integration, scene traction and capital circulation, and provides institutionalized support for the high-quality development of China's commercial aerospace.
